CV
Professor Anatoly I. Saprykin

He started his journey by developing silicon carbide nanoparticles covered in carbon shells using his developed technique - adiabatic pressure of gas. After that, additionally, he developed a technique for development of low-layered graphene using a microwave exfoliation process. By knowing how to create both of the materials, Anatoly started his journey to try to combine the materials. The research led to microwave synthesis of nano-silicon particles enwrapped in graphene shell, which is the main product of Adianano.
